Welcoming Kylie to The Arbour family

We introduce and warmly welcome Kylie Pickett who commenced with the team as our new Resident Services Manager on Monday April 20.  Kylie has a wealth of life experience and also specific experience in the Retirement Village domain. She has been a Retirement Village Manager with the Illawarra Retirement Trust, which is based at The Links Seaside in Wollongong. She has had previous experience as a business owner in the Shoalhaven plus has lectured in Journalism and Creative writing at the University of Wollongong. Kylie has also had experience in journalism including being a managing editor (photographic) for Fairfax publications.

Kylie is very excited to be joining the Arbour team in a key services position and is really looking forward to starting her new role by meeting and getting to know each and every resident.  Kylie is keen to continue to encourage a strong sense of community spirit and hopes to add a ‘sparkle’ to monthly Village routines through exploring opportunities to connect and support each other in new and creative ways.
