With exercise being such an important part of our lives, one of our Arbour residents has moved to live streaming her Chair Yoga Dance and Creating Calm classes online.

Representatives of the Arbour Bridge Club were in attendance at the Shoalhaven Education Fund presentation night which took place at the Shoalhaven Campus of University of Wollongong.

The Festival brings together leading international and local artists to create new murals to adorn the streets of Benalla.

The Arbour residents were treated to an incredible performance in the Theatre by internationally renowned artists Ana de la Vega and Daniel Roehn.
