The Arbour Berry continues to beautify the outer grounds surrounding the village. In 2017, three water features were built. In the north-east parklands, a large dam was constructed with a bird sanctuary island.

The Arbour Berry has 182 residents within 113 homes.

From time to time we will have homes becoming available through resales at The Arbour. To allow those interested to be kept readily informed we have created a waiting list which any eligible applicant can join on payment of a $200 fully refundable fee
