The Arbour Waitlist

From time to time we will have homes becoming available through resales at The Arbour. To allow those interested to be kept readily informed we have created a waiting list which any eligible applicant can join on payment of a $200 fully refundable fee. Subject to the Agreement of the outgoing resident, the intention is that all homes available for resale are offered to the waiting list for an exclusive period during which purchase terms can be agreed. Since we have commenced a number of homes have been purchased by members of our waiting list and over time opportunities will grow. We will also continue to offer those on our waiting list priority invites to functions and events. Waiting list forms are available on request.
