Enhancements at the Enclave

Some months ago, having completed construction and reaching full occupancy of all homes at The Arbour, the owners were provided the perfect opportunity to sit back and ‘take stock’ of the village and how much had been achieved. While not obliged to do so, it was agreed that in the interests of commitment to continued improvement and contentedness of residents, a review of the resident facilities at the Enclave would take place. Soon enough, having taken on management, staff and resident feedback, reconfiguration plans were being drafted and Strongbuild were once again engaged to manage the construction.

Building has already commenced on site in what was the original sales office building, where an additional top floor will be provided dedicated to staff. It is likely this will be at lock up stage by Christmas time and all things being well, finished by February 2018. Staff will then relocate, with the existing office floor space and reception area ready to then convert into additional floorspace for residents including function/lounge area, bar and kitchen space.

The enhancements are a direct response to finding better ways for residents and staff to use what is already a magnificent building. Serving as the heart of the Village, the Enclave has and will continue to be the central social hub at The Arbour. We look forward to unveiling the new space over the coming months.
